Its 12pm and this is the start of my first blog, don't know why or what ill use it forso here goes today. Recently tried to detox off heroin and tobacco at a christian centre called bettel of britain, or maybe it was betel. Lasted 3 days with out a smoke or gear, it was one of the hardest and most painful times of my life, not only do these guys ban you from cofee etc, they only allow 2 phone calls a month and one visit, on top of this they expected me to stay awake in the throws of detox without a television or radio after the first night, needless to say this place wasn't for me.
